Purchasing Tickets
Tickets for all United Wireless Arena events may be purchased through the following channels:

On-line, phone & outlet purchases are subject to all Ticketmaster service charges and convenience fees. All tickets purchased at the Box Office and through Ticketmaster are subject to fees and taxes. There are NO Ticketmaster convenience charges on tickets purchased at the Box Office. The Box Office does not take phone orders.
Group Ticket Sales
Group rates vary per event. We are happy to work with you on group discounts per the permission of the promoter of that event. Call (620) 371-7812 or email lwoolworth@unitedwirelessarena.com for more information regarding group sales.
Suite and Premium Seating (Loge) Tickets

Advance Ticket Sales
To purchase tickets in advance stop by the United Wireless Arena Ticket Office, call Ticketmaster at 1-800-745-3000, go on-line to www.ticketmaster.com or visit a Ticketmaster Outlet near you.
Child Admittance
Any child that is younger than two (2) years of age will be admitted to most events for free. This is on a per event basis and is subject to change. Anyone over the age of two will be required to have a ticket before entering the building. Any questions about this can be fielded by the United Wireless Arena Ticket Office at (620) 371-7880.
Children’s Tickets
All children 23 months and under do not need a ticket, but they must sit on the lap of the ticket holder. All children 24 months and older require a ticket to enter.
Disabled/Wheelchair Seating
All public areas of the building are accessible using ADA guidelines. Seats are available in various price levels. Seating is limited. Contact the ticket office manager for all of your seating needs well prior to the event to reserve the seating.
The United Wireless Arena has transport chairs available for use during all events. Transport chairs are available to transport patrons from the main doors to their seats and vice versa.
Assistance Devices for the Hearing-Impaired
Hearing Assistance Devices are available at the United Wireless Arena Box Office. A picture ID or a $20 deposit will be required and held by the United Wireless Arena until the Hearing Assistance Device is returned.
Lost or Stolen Tickets
Tickets that are either lost or stolen are the ticket holder’s responsibility and cannot be refunded or replaced. Any questions should be directed to the United Wireless Arena Ticket Office (620) 371-7880.
Payment Options
Payment options for all United Wireless Arena events include cash and credit card (VISA, MasterCard, Discover, American Express). The United Wireless Arena Ticket Office does not accept checks. Tickets may also be purchased at any Ticketmaster outlet. Visit www.ticketmaster.com for a convenient list of locations.
Will Call
Will Call is available for various events. Will Call becomes a delivery option for on-line and phone sales when standard mail delivery is no longer possible. This time span is 10 days out from an event. Will Call tickets can be picked up during regular Box Office hours using the credit card used to purchase the tickets and the purchaser’s picture ID.
Ticket Delivery Options
When purchasing tickets on-line or by phone, delivery options are the following: Standard Mail, UPS - 2 Business days, UPS - 3 Business days, UPS Saturday, Retail Pickup and Ticketfast. Will Call becomes an option once the mail option is no longer possible.
We currently do not have a local Retail Outlet in the surrounding area, so we recommend you do not choose Retail Pickup. Visit www.ticketmaster.com for a list of retail locations.
If you choose Ticketfast as the delivery option and are having issues with the link or the tickets will not print, you must call Ticketmaster Customer Service 1-800-653-8000 for assistance or to change the method of delivery. We are unable to make changes or to print your tickets at the Box Office.
If you choose mail delivery and have not received your tickets, you must contact Ticketmaster Customer Service 1-800-653-8000 for assistance.
Secondary Ticket Market
Ticketmaster is the ONLY authorized ticketing agent of the United Wireless Arena. If you purchase tickets from an unauthorized agent in the secondary market (scalper, ticket broker, eBay, StubHub, etc.) you risk purchasing counterfeit or invalid tickets.
Cancelled Events
In the event of a cancellation, you’ll get an automatic refund for tickets bought on-line or by phone using your purchase payment method. If you bought tickets at the Box Office or a retail location, please return them at the same location for a refund using the purchase payment method.
Cancelled or Postponed Events
In either case, we’ll alert you ASAP.
Refunds and Exchanges
The standard policy for other venues and many artists, teams, etc. is NO REFUNDS or EXCHANGES. Direct all requests for refunds and/or exchanges to the Ticket Office Manager.
Door Opening Times
Doors open one (1) hours prior to most events. There may be occasional door opening time changes for special circumstances.
