Public Ice Skating

The 2024 Public Ice Skating season is coming in November! The following dates/times are open to the public.
It is suggested to get here early or to purchase advance reservations, to ensure you get in the time you want, as we do fill up!
Capacity is limited to 150 skaters per session.

Cost: $8 for 1-hour skate session
$2 Skate Rental fee =
Total of $10 per session with skate rental

No Protective Gear is supplied. Bring your own if desired.
Doors open 30 minutes before sessions. The Skating Rink capacity will be limited to 150 people. Advance reservations for 100 people will be offered through TicketLeap up to an hour before a session. Advance reservations will be $10.00 including Ticketleap fees. A minimum of 50 walk-in spaces will be offered at each session beginning at 30 minutes before a session starts. Children 12 & under MUST be accompanied by an adult (18 years or older). Unaccompanied children will be denied entry. Enter the arena on the NE doors (closer to the conference center) and leave through the South arena doors. Spectators will be allowed entry free of charge, but must pay fees to skate.

It is the consumer's responsibility to ensure they are purchasing the correct desired skating session. No refunds or exchanges for other sessions are allowed.

Want more time and space on the ice? How about a birthday party that's unique? Or an office holiday party that's so much better than last year's karaoke blitz?? You can rent the arena for your own private skate party!

Food & Beverage packages are available! Minimum of 15 guests. Please call us at (620) 371-7390 to get your party scheduled!

PUBLIC SKATING RULES AND GUIDELINES

Skaters assume all risks and danger of personal injury arising from or related to admission to United Wireless Arena Public Skating, included but not limited to – being injured by ice skates, ice skaters, spectators, or objects in and around the rink and building.

• Skaters skate at their own risk. United Wireless Arena is not responsible.
• ALL SKATERS UNDER 12 MUST BE SUPERVISED AT ALL TIMES BY PARENT OR GUARDIAN.
• No One is permitted on the ice without skates.
• Socks MUST be worn at all times when using rental skates.
• Skating in a manner that endangers or interferes with other Skaters’ safety or pleasure is strictly prohibited.
• While on ice, Skaters are not allowed to skate with secondary items. (Cameras, handbags, iPods, phones.)
• No horseplay, roughness, excessive speeding, weaving through fellow skaters.
• Skaters are not allowed to sit on or crowd dasher boards.
• Exits must be kept clear at all times.
• Management reserves the right to ask anyone to leave at any time, for any reason.
