ACCESSIBILITY
The United Wireless Arena is equipped with elevators as well as special seating to accommodate your needs. Parking is available directly in front of the South Main Entrance. Accessible seating is available for purchase at the United Wireless Arena Box Office. It is recommended that accessible seating is purchased in advance so that our staff can best accommodate your needs.

ALCOHOL POLICY
You must be 21 years of age to purchase all alcohol products. The United Wireless Arena will not serve alcohol to anyone who appears intoxicated and reserves the right to refuse service to anyone. Individuals may not bring any alcoholic beverage onto the premises at any time. This includes the parking lot, venue or any public areas that are property of the United Wireless Arena. We ask that all guests of the United Wireless Arena please drink responsibly.
ANIMALS
The United Wireless Arena welcomes service animals or other animal assistance utilized by the disabled or visually impaired.
BAGS, BACKPACKS, AND PURSES
Bags and backpacks are not allowed in the United Wireless Arena. Purses and diaper bags are allowed and are subject to inspection by the United Wireless Arena staff or security when entering the United Wireless Arena or at any time while inside the facility.

CAMERAS AND VIDEO EQUIPMENT
Still (NO flash) cameras are permitted in the United Wireless Arena on an event-by-event basis. Audio/video cameras are not allowed and will be confiscated if brought into the arena.
CHILDREN
For most events children younger than two (2) years of age do not require a ticket if held on the lap of an accompanying adult. Please call 620-371-7880 or click

CODE OF CONDUCT
The United Wireless Arena promotes good sportsmanship by student athletes, coaches and spectators. We request your cooperation by supporting the participants and officials in a positive manner. Profanity, racial, sexist comments or other intimidating actions directed at officials, student athletes, coaches or team representatives will not be tolerated and are grounds for removal from the site and if needed, additional disciplinary actions.
CONCESSIONS
The United Wireless Arena employs a full time chef to provide all of your food needs. For information on concessions and other services that the United Wireless Arena provides, please call 620-371-7390 or
contact us. The United Wireless Arena features numerous concession stands and portable stands operated throughout the facility. The United Wireless Arena also offers a full liquor license; sales end one hour form the scheduled end of the event or as dictated by the event.
CONVENTION/MEETING SPACE BOOKING
The conference center at the United Wireless Arena has a large banquet room of approximately 7,000 square feet of conference/meeting space. This room can be divided into six separate spaces with ability to accommodate groups large and small . The arena also offers four meeting rooms on our suite level perfect for meetings and small events.

CREDIT CARD POLICY
Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express are accepted in the Box Office, at concessions and as payment on convention/meeting rentals.
DIAPER CHANGING STATIONS
Diaper changing stations are available in all public restrooms on the concourse and the two (2) family restrooms located in the south end of the concourse of the arena.
DIRECTION TO THE UNITED WIRELESS ARENA
From airport
Take Military Street going West from the airport. Turn north on 113th until you get to Highway 50. Turn left on Highway 50 and proceed toward the west of Dodge City. We are located directly off of Highway 50 adjacent to Boot Hill Casino. Turn right at the venue stoplight off of 50, into the venues parking lot.
From the West
Take Highway 400 heading east, till you see Highway 50. Turn left/north on Highway 50, at the next light turn left into the venues parking lot.
From the East
Follow Highway 50, heading west all the way through Dodge City and turn right at the venue stoplight off of 50, into the venues parking lot.
If coming in from Highway 400, take a right turn heading north at the traffic light where 283 and 400 intersect. Proceed north on 113th to Highway 50. Take a left on Highway 50, heading west all the way through town. Turn right at the venue stoplight off of 50, into the venues parking lot.
From the South (US 400 and Highway 56)
From US 400, take a right on Highway 56 (113th) following it all the way north to Highway 50. Take a left on Highway 50, and follow Highway 50, heading west all the way through town. Turn right at the venue stoplight off of 50, into the venues parking lot.
From the North
Take a right from Highway 283, where 283 and Highway 50 intersect. Follow Highway 50, heading west around the north end of Dodge City. Turn right at the venue stoplight off of 50 into the venues parking lot.
DISABLED ACCESS
Disabled access into the United Wireless Arena may be found at the main entrance. The United Wireless Arena accommodates disabled guests by providing reserved parking, wider doors, elevators and grab bars in restroom stalls. We will make any accommodation we can to make your visit to the United Wireless Arena an enjoyable one. Contact should be made to the Box Office prior to the event.
DOOR OPENING TIMES
Doors open one (1) hour prior to most events. There may be occasional door opening time changes for special circumstances.
ELEVATORS
There are two (2) elevators at the United Wireless Arena. One elevator is located in the concourse to the right of the South Main Entrance to the arena, accessing the suite level and administrative offices. The second elevator is located in the Northeast lobby off the arena concourse.
EMERGENCY/EVACUATIONS
The United Wireless Arena works on a continuing basis with the Ford County Fire Department and other agencies in the development of specific Emergency Procedures Plans for each event. The United Wireless Arena recognizes that its goal is to provide a safe, enjoyable atmosphere. The use of installed security systems, appropriate security operating plan, trained staff and security personnel will ensure the security and safety of all our guests, performers and employees at the United Wireless Arena. In case of an emergency, guests must comply with requests from venue staff regarding arena operations and emergency response procedures.
ENTRANCE LOCATIONS
There are several entrances into the United Wireless Arena and conference center.
For tours and appointments, please use the entrance located on the northwest side of the facility.
For all United Wireless Arena events, please use the main entrance located at the south end of the facility.
The Box Office is located in the southeast corner of the facility.
The Skate Shop entrance is located on the west side of the facility.
For Boothill Conference Center events, please use the Boothill Conference Center’s main lobby doors.
FIRST AID STATIONS
The United Wireless Arena's first aid office is located on the west concourse of the arena between sections 114 and 113.
FOOD & BEVERAGE
Guests are not permitted to bring any outside food or beverages into the United Wireless Arena.

GROUP TICKETS
Group tickets are available for certain events at the United Wireless Arena. For all group ticket questions, contact us by phone at 620-371-7880.

ICE SKATING
The United Wireless Arena's ice skating season generally starts in September and ends in December. Please continue to check our website and Facebook for updates on skating.
LOST AND FOUND
Lost and found is located in the United Wireless Arena’s Operations Office. Lost items found on event days can be turned into the Box Office or turned over to United Wireless Arena staff. If you are trying to locate a lost item click here or call 620-371-7390.
LOST CHILDREN/MISSING PERSONS
Guests are encouraged to report a missing person(s) to anyone on the United Wireless Arena event staff. The United Wireless Arena staff will work closely with the Dodge City Police Department and United Wireless Arena security to help locate any missing individual(s). If there is a lost child, please bring to the Box Office, where United Wireless Arena staff will follow the proper procedures to locate the parents or guardians.
PARKING
Parking fees are assessed on an event-by-event basis through the ticket price. Please click here or call the Box Office for more information at 620-371-7880. No overnight parking is allowed unless related to the event activities and prior approval has been granted. Please call Bill Folk at 620-371-7809 for overnight parking approval. No solicitation activities allowed in the parking lots (i.e. distribution of flyers, sale of products, advertising sale of vehicle, etc.). No consumption of alcoholic beverages in parked vehicles. No tailgating allowed in parking lots.
PREMIUM SEATING
The United Wireless Arena houses 150 premium loge seats on the suite level of the arena available for lease on an annual basis, with few available for lease on a per event basis . Please contact us or call the Box Office at 620-371-7880 for more information on purchasing our premium seating for an event.
PROHIBITED ITEMS
Included but not limited to: weapons (i.e. firearms, explosives, stun guns, handcuffs, brass knuckles, sticks, clubs, pepper spray, knives, tear gas, batons, martial arts instruments, etc.), outside food or beverage, cameras (no flash/professional photography or recording/audio devices), carrying bags (backpacks, large bags, suitcases, etc.), signs/flags/banners/posters, pamphlets, tripods/mono-pods, laser pointers, alcohol, drugs, noise makers, fireworks, flashlights, skateboards/heelys (aka shoes with wheels), beach balls, cans or bottles.
RE-ENTRY POLICY
Once you are admitted into the United Wireless Arena, there is no re-admittance if you choose to leave. This policy is based on the type of event. Please call ahead for specific details.
RESTRICTIONS
In the interest of guest safety and enjoyment, United Wireless Arena reserves the right to prevent certain items from being carried into the arena. These include, but are not limited to, weapons or anything else that can be used as dangerous projectiles. Similarly, other items that may jeopardize the safety or viewing/listening enjoyment of the guests may be prohibited. For a more specific list of prohibited items, see PROHIBITED ITEMS.
RESTROOMS
Restrooms are located in the east and west concourse on the main level of the arena as well as the southeast and southwest corners of the suite level. Family-friendly and wheelchair accessible restrooms are located on the main concourse between sections 106-107 and sections 108-109.
SECURITY
The United Wireless Arena works closely with the Dodge City Police Department to provide a safe and secure environment for all guests.
SEARCH PROCEDURES
All patrons are subject to search upon entry. Any person refusing search will not be admitted and may receive a full refund from the Box Office.
SMOKING POLICY
There is absolutely no smoking permitted anywhere inside the United Wireless Arena. The designated smoking area varies with each event. This is the only entrance you will be allowed to exit and re-enter during the event.
SPONSORS
The United Wireless Arena has a limited number of advertising spots available. For more information on becoming an advertiser at the United Wireless Arena, annually or on a per event basis, please contact us or call Bridgette Baker at 620-371-7390.
STROLLERS
Strollers are not permitted in the seating sections of the United Wireless Arena. Guests are encouraged to leave strollers in their vehicles prior to arrival to the United Wireless Arena entrance.
SUITES
The United Wireless Arena houses 12 private suites (click here for more information). Suites are leased annually and the United Wireless Arena house suite being available for lease on an event-by-event basis. For more information on renting a suite or becoming an annual suite-holder, please contact us or call 620-371-7390.

WHEELCHAIRS
United Wireless Arena has transport chairs available to take patrons to and from the main entrance and their seats. Please call the Box Office at 620-371-7880 prior to the event so we can accommodate.
WILL CALL
Will Call is available for various events per the request of the ticket purchaser. Will Call tickets can be picked up at any open ticker office window, during regular Box Office hours, after the purchase is made. The individual picking up the tickets must present his/her picture ID and the credit card used at the time of purchase.
